DUES

Annual dues for Woapalanne Lodge #43 can be paid through this form by making a check out to Patriots' Path Council OA Lodge #43 and mailing the lower section of the form to council. Dues are $10.00 a year per member. If you are active duty in the U.S. Military contact the Lodge Chief. Be sure to write the names of all the people who are renewing their dues.
